April 23, 2006 - Georgia Men's Tennis wins its sixth SEC Tournament Championship with a 4-2 win over Ole Miss in the finals. Georgia rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to go on to victory.

April 23, 2006 - The Georgia men's golf team won the program's 26th Southeastern Conference title, holding off Florida by one stroke at Sea Island Golf Club. The Bulldogs placed four players in the top seven, including runner-up Brian Harman. The league crown was the fifth for the Bulldogs under Coach Chris Haack.
