March 18, 1989 - Erika Hansen won the 1,650-yard freestyle to bring home Georgia's first women's NCAA swimming title.
March 18, 2000 - UGA women repeat as swimming champions. Going into the 400-meter freestyle relay, the final event of the NCAA Championships, the Georgia women's swimming and diving team knew it could finish as low as fifth and still win its second straight national title.
