Athletic Association Annual Report Available

The 2007-08 academic year was a roaring success by any measure for the University of Georgia Athletic Association. Bulldog fans can get a comprehensive look at this memorable season through the Association’s annual report, which is now available free of charge online.
Highlights from 2008, all chronicled in the 34-page report include:
The football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball teams ranking 1, 2 and 3, respectively, among all SEC teams for Academic Progress Rate (APR), the NCAA’s latest tool to measure classroom performance.
National championships in Gymnastics, Men’s Tennis and Equestrian; SEC championships in Baseball, Gymnastics, Men’s Tennis, Women’s Tennis and Men’s Basketball; College World Series runner-up finish in Baseball.
Completion of the “Investing in Champions” development campaign and the surpassing of the fund-raising goal of $60 million.
