January 21, 1998 - The Lady Bulldog basketball team forced 30 turnovers and Kelly Miller scored 20 points as Georgia crushed Arkansas 81-51.

January 21, 2000 - Atlantic Coast Conference 1999 Coach of the Year Mary Buczek, who has built Wake Forest into an ACC and national contender since resurrecting the program in 1996, has been named the new women's volleyball coach at the University of Georgia, according to an announcement on Friday by UGA Athletic Director Vince Dooley.
