We’re excited to announce we’ve just hit our pre-sales numbers and are entering into our second phase of sales. The end of our pre-sales also means the end of our pre-sales pricing so, effective Sept. 2, 2007, our pricing will increase from $30,000 to $33,000. We hope you’ll take advantage of our pre-sale price extension and join the ownership team at Bulldog Park. If you have a contract, now is the time to turn it in.
