November 5, 1966 - Georgia beat previously undefeated Florida, led by Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Steve Spurrier, 27-10 behind the outstanding kicking of Bobby Etter, whose late 33-yard field goal dashed any hopes of a Gator comeback.

November 5, 1983 - With the Florida leading 9-3 early in the 4th quarter, Georgia marched the length of the field on a masterful 16-play, 99-yard drive to upend the Gators in Jacksonville. Barry Young's one yard TD run with 13:18 turned out to be the game winner as the Dawgs won 10-9.
