UGA Re-Launches Georgiadogs.com And GXtra

ATHENS, Ga. --- On Saturday, July 1, the University of Georgia Athletic Association will unveil the re-launch of its website, georgiadogs.com, with a new provider, XOS Technologies, a leading provider of sports technology and media solutions to professional and collegiate teams and conferences.

XOS will design, integrate and provide the publishing platform for Georgia’s web site. Georgia’s distribution is accessible through the official web site, georgiadogs.com, and its premium site, GXtra.

“XOS continues to attract some of the strongest collegiate athletics programs in the country,” said Nada Usina, XOS Network President. “Georgia has a tremendous fan base and can now provide their fans with more interactive online features than ever before.”

The GXtra section features live and archived multimedia that brings alumni and fans closer than ever to Georgia athletics. GXtra exclusive features consist of live audio and video broadcasts; live streaming of various UGA press conferences; video highlights and clips from game action; exclusive interviews with student-athletes, coaches and administrators; and classic video from the greatest games in Bulldog history. GXtra offers exclusive coverage of Fans Picture Day, G-Day and National Signing Day.
