Baseball Game Against Georgia State Postponed Due To Rain

ATHENS- Today's baseball game between the University of Georgia and Georgia State in Atlanta has been postponed due to rain in the metro Atlanta area. No make-up date has been scheduled at this time.

The Bulldogs (3-0) return to action Friday when they play host to eighth-ranked San Diego (7-3). It will be the first of a three-game set against the Toreros.

The Bulldogs will go with the same pitching rotation in the series as in their opener with junior right-hander Brooks Brown starting Friday followed by senior left-hander Rip Warren Saturday and freshman left-hander Nathan Moreau Sunday.

Friday's first pitch at Foley Field is slated for 5 p.m.
