November 24, 1979 - Playing his last game at Georgia, QB Jeff Pyburn directed the Bulldogs to a TD and three field goals to led the Bulldogs over Georgia Tech, 16-3.

November 24, 1997 - The UGA women's cross country team finished 22nd at the NCAA Championships behind Erin Jones's 48th place finish.
