November 15, 1986 - The UGA football team stunned the #7 Auburn Tigers as QB Wayne Johnson threw for one TD and ran for another. The UGA rushing attack rushed for 239 yards, including 96 by Lars Tate. The upset final was 20-16 in favor of the Dawgs.

November 15, 1998 - The Georgia women's soccer team upset No. 15 Virginia to advance to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. The Bulldogs battled the Cavaliers for 150 minutes before winning 3-1 in a penalty kick shootout.

November 15, 2004 - 2004 Olympic gymnast Courtney Kupets of Gaithersburg, Md., signs with Georgia.
