October 18, 1996 - The Georgia soccer team recorded its first win over a ranked team in a 2-1 overtime thriller against No. 21 Kentucky.

October 18, 1998 - The UGA women's soccer team defeated No. 8 Vanderbilt, 3-2, in a double overtime thriller. This victory was Georgia's first win over a Top-10 team in its four-year history.
