Kentucky Replaces Midway in Bulldog Riders' Opener

The University of Kentucky has replaced Midway College as the opponent for Georgia in its 2005-06 Equestrian season opener Saturday, Sept. 24. The competition will still take place at UGA's Animal Science Arena on South Milledge Avenue and will commence at 2:00 p.m. There is no admission charge.

The 2006 campaign will be Georgia's fourth season of Equestrian as a varsity sport. The Bulldog riders won the Varsity Equestrian national championship in their first two years of existence and finished second in 2005.
