2005 Spring Football Outlook

The 2004 Georgia football team won its 10th game of the season in the Outback Bowl, capping a rare three-year span of double-digit wins. Over the past three seasons, the Bulldogs have won each of their bowl games, accumulated 34 total victories, won an SEC championship and played for another. The victory against Wisconsin also placed the Bulldogs in the national top 10 for the third consecutive year.

"This is the start of a new season and we're going to have some new personnel on the field, but our goals will remain the same," Richt said. "We want to put ourselves in position to compete for both the SEC and the national championships. The work toward our goals begins with spring practice."
