GAINESVILLE, FLA.----Georgia snapped a six-game losing streak with a 10-5 win over #8 Florida Friday in front of crowd of 3,276 at McKethan Stadium.

The Bulldogs (17-10, 3-4 SEC) got 6.2 strong innings from senior Paul Lubrano for the win and Will Startup went the rest of the way to notch his fourth save. Florida (25-6, 5-2 SEC) had won six in a row and dropped to 20-4 at home. Offensively, Georgia was paced by a pair of freshmen as first baseman Josh Morris went 3-for-4 with 4 RBI while right fielder Joey Side went 3-for-5 with 2 RBI as the Bulldogs pounded out 17 hits on the night.
