Sophomore RHP Michael Hyle (3-1, 2.52) returned to the mound for the first time in two weeks last Sunday and responded by beating seventh-ranked LSU. He pitched a career-high seven innings, allowing just one unearned run and scattering eight hits. Hyle had missed his last two starts with stiffness in his arm. Hyle's effort against the Tigers was the longest by a Bulldog starting pitcher this season. In three SEC starts, Hyle is 1-0 with a 2.76 ERA.
