Q: I was just wondering if Courtney Pratt is going to compete anytime this season? She is a wonderful gymnast, but I know that she has had some injuries. Thank you for your time.

A: Dear Nicole: The regular season has almost come to an end. Only two more meets left before SEC's. Courtney is just now doing routines again but still without a dismount. Her ankle injury in late December kept her out for 6 weeks. I am doubtful that there will be a line up change at this point but we are keeping her going just in case. She may get to do exhibition in the last home meet. You are right, she is a beautiful gymnast.
Q: Can you give an update as to what the members of the graduating class of 2001 have moved on to do? I followed their college gymnastics career closely & just wondered what they were doing now. Thanks!

A: Hi Josh: What a great class they were: Amanda Curry, Kathleen Shrieves, Suzanne Sears and Kristi Lichey comprised the class you are referring to. Amanda is in Texas in P.A. school at Baylor. Kristi lives in Tampa and works in fashion design. Kathleen lives in Atlanta and works in Human Resources for Georgia Crown Distributing. And Suzanne has gotten married and lives in Towson, Md. and works for Suntrust Bank. They are all doing well. I see them often. We all had a great time together at Suzanne's weeding this summer.
