Georgia Softball Fall League Wrapup

ATHENS, Ga. ----- The Georgia softball team concluded fall league play with a perfect 4-0 record this past Friday after posting a win over Georgia Southern. The Bulldogs also recorded wins over Georgia State, Middle Georgia College and Mercer during Fall League play.

Freshman infielder Sojourner Moody led all Georgia hitters with a .588 batting average with three RBI and eight stolen bases. Sophomore infielder Megan McAllister posted a .538 clip after going 7-for-13 with three runs and six RBI. Junior infielder Ashley Godfrey rounded out the top three Georgia hitters for the fall after tallying a .467 batting average with seven hits, six runs, a home run, five RBI and six stolen bases.
