ATHENS, Ga.---Georgia finished off a perfect 2-0 weekend in the SEC with a 3-0 win over LSU on Sunday at the Ramsey Center.

The Bulldogs improve to 12-5 overall and 5-3 in the SEC while LSU drops to 10-8 and 2-6 in the conference.

"I thought we played really well this weekend," said Georgia head coach Mary Buczek. "I thought in today's match against LSU we gave that consistent effort that we maybe didn't give on Friday."

Julia Petruschke had a game-high 15 kills and Alexandra Oquendo finished with 11 kills along with nine blocks. Margot Wallace led all setters with 34 assists and Brooke Burlingame had 11 digs. Liz Pace finished with eight digs, playing in each game for the second straight contest.

The win by the Bulldogs locks the all-time series between the two teams at 18 games apiece.

Georgia hits the road next weekend with matches at South Carolina and Tennessee.
