LEXINGTON, Ky.---For the third time under head coach Mary Buczek the Georgia Bulldogs fell behind an opponent 2-0 but rallied to earn a 3-2 victory, defeating Kentucky in five games at Memorial Coliseum on Friday night.

The Wildcats (14-14, 6-9) built their 2-0 lead with a 30-25 win in game one and a 30-17 win in game two. Georgia (16-11, 9-6) responded by winning game three 30-18, game four 30-26, and game five 15-11.

"We had great focus in game three and really controlled each of the final three games," said Buczek. "I'm proud of our comeback. Our schedule has been a grind recently and that is part of the challenge this weekend."

Meagan Welch posted Georgia's first triple-double of the year with 12 kills, 13 digs and a career-high 11 total blocks. Angela Hale had a career-high eight total blocks.
