Gridiron Classic Names Six Bulldogs to Watch List

ORLANDO - Florida Citrus Sports, host of the Rotary Gridiron Classic, has named six players from the University of Georgia to its initial watch list. The Rotary Gridiron Classic, a game that matches the top collegiate players from around the nation against those from Florida, will be played on January 25, 2003. Below is a player-by-player look at which Bulldogs made the Rotary Gridiron Classic Watch List.

Boss Bailey, a 6'4", 218-pound linebacker from Folkston, Ga., was named to the watch list after earning All-Southeastern Conference honors last season. He finished 2001 campaign with 65 tackles, six tackles for loss and five interceptions, and was named to The Sporting News' 2002 preseason All-America team.

Kevin Breedlove, a 6'4", 305-pound guard out of Daniel High School in Clemson, S.C., has started 33 games, the most by any Georgia player. A preaseason All-SEC selection by The Sporting News, Breedlove was an All-SEC performer last season.
