Bucs Sign Fifth-Round Draft Pick

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Fifth-round draft pick Jermaine Phillips agreed to terms Monday on a three-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Phillips, a safety from Georgia, is the first of Tampa Bay's eight draft choices to reach an agreement. Players report for the start of training camp on Sunday.
