The Bulldogs continued their undefeated run through the first part of the schedule, capturing another tournament title this weekend at the Seminole Classic in Tallahassee. Georgia knocked off No. 15 Florida State, 2001 NCAA tournament participant Penn State, Syracuse, Maryland and St. John's en route to the tourney crown.

She leads the Georgia club with a .444 average and hit her second home run of the season against Syracuse on Saturday. Kristen Bell has five home runs on the season after hitting two this weekend. Her two-run shot against Florida State lifted Georgia to a late-inning win and her opposite-field homer against Maryland paced the Dogs' 4-2 win.
Nicole Barber's bat began to heat up this weekend as she hit .375 with two doubles, one triple and five steals. Her two-RBI double in the fifth inning against St. John's ended the game on the eight run rule. In the field, Julie Milner continued her stellar play in left with two diving catches against Penn State.
