Hybl still pacing Dogs in Hilton Head

HILTON HEAD, S.C. - Georgia's Ryan Hybl fired an even-par 71 for the second straight round on Saturday and is tied for fifth place individually at the Long Cove Invitational.

Hybl, a sophomore, and Texas' Matt Brost share fifth place at even-par 142 and they are five shots behind Southern Cal's David Oh (137).

As a team, the ninth-ranked Bulldogs are in sixth place at 19-over 293 after Saturday's round of 9-over 293. Georgia trails Georgia Tech by nine shots after the Yellow Jackets carded a 6-under 278 on Saturday to move to 7-over 575 for the tournament.

Georgia freshman Christo Greyling is tied for 19th place at 4-over 146 following his 1-over 72 on Saturday. Senior David Miller is in the group at 7-over 149 after posting a 5-over 76 in the second round. Senior Bryant Odom (5-over 76) and freshman Donny Wysoczynski (3-over 74) both stand at 10-over 152.

The 54-hole tournament, Georgia's last event of the fall, will conclude on Sunday.
