Travis Epling serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Major Gifts & Premium Seating at the University of Georgia Athletic Association. Since joining The Georgia Bulldog Club in 2014, Travis has led strategic fundraising efforts, playing a pivotal role in raising over $375 million through the creation and management of the Magill Society, the organization’s premier philanthropic giving program.

In his current role, he oversees a portfolio of major giving prospects, focused on closing transformation gifts toward UGA Athletics. He also manages all aspects of Georgia Athletic Hospitality, directing premium seating operations across football, basketball, gymnastics, and baseball, while supervising the $5.1 million Sky Suite Program. Travis was actively involved in planning facility enhancements, including a $68.5 million premium seating renovation to Sanford Stadium.

Prior to his work at UGA, Travis served as Assistant Director of Athletic Development at Marshall University, where he was instrumental in the launch and success of a $20 million capital campaign, boosted donor membership by 25%, and secured a $1 million gift. He also directed the M Club and regional chapters, significantly increasing engagement and revenue.

A native of Point Pleasant, W.Va., Travis earned both his B.B.A. in Marketing and his Master’s in Human Resource Management from Marshall. A former All-Conference USA cross country runner, he later served as a graduate assistant for the track & field/cross country teams.

Travis lives in Athens with his wife Whitney and their two sons, Miles and Marshall.
