Rachael started as the Program Coordinator for Compliance with the UGA Athletic Association in June 2024. Her responsibilities include monitoring UGAAA meals and snacks and assistanting with athletic scholarship administration.
Before joining the Athletic Association full-time, Rachael was a graduate assistant in the Compliance Office for two years while receiving her master's in social work. Rachael also earned her bachelor's in criminal justice at UGA while competing on the gymnastics team. She was a Gymdog from 2019-2022.
Rachael was born and raised in New Jersey. She loves the beach and spending time with family. Rachael got married in December 2023 to her husband, CJ Smith who was a UGA baseball player.
