Lillian Parmer is the Director of Compliance at the University of Georgia, where she serves as the primary compliance liaison for volleyball, men’s golf, women’s golf, and equestrian and focuses on House Settlement related bylaws in NCAA Bylaws 16, 17, 22, and 23.
Before joining UGA full-time, Parmer gained experience in NCAA Enforcement as a Postgraduate Intern and served as a Compliance Intern with both the University of Georgia and the University of North Carolina. Parmer began her career in college athletics as an undergraduate with Georgia Sports Communications.
Parmer earned a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2026 and a B.B.A. in Economics with a minor in Sport Management from the University of Georgia in 2022.
Before joining UGA full-time, Parmer gained experience in NCAA Enforcement as a Postgraduate Intern and served as a Compliance Intern with both the University of Georgia and the University of North Carolina.
