Brandi Allen joined the University of Georgia football staff in June 2025 as the Head Performance Chef. Her responsibilities include overseeing all food ordering and kitchen operations at the Bones dining area.  She helps ensure quality, consistency and nutritional standards while also leading food preparation and execution, conducting cooking demonstrations for players and new recruits and supervising a team of four Performance Chefs.

Prior to working for the UGAAA, she spent 14 years with UGA Dining Services beginning in an entry-level position in August 2011. Over the course of her tenure, she advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Cook II (head cook) and Sous Chef. For her final three years, she served as one of the head chefs of Bolton Dining Commons - the largest dining facility in the state of Georgia - overseeing large-scale operations, culinary execution and team leadership.

Allen earned her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Tucker, Ga., where she received formal training in classical and French culinary techniques. She has competed in culinary competitions and currently holds silver and bronze medals from the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She also won the 2023 Premier culinary competition.

A native of Athens, she is married to Adonis Allen and they have two sons: Kayden Brown and Landon Allen.
