Kelly Dormandy
Kelly Dormandy joins Georgia from Loyola Marymount, where she served as the Associate Athletics Director for Sports Performance since 2021. She had previously joined LMU in 2018 as an Assistant Athletics Director for Strength and Conditioning. In her role, she oversaw sports performance for the baseball, volleyball, beach volleyball, women’s basketball, and golf. Prior to LMU, she was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at USC from 2012-2018, helping Coach McAlpine win the 2016 NCAA women’s soccer championship and helping mold the 2016 and 2017 beach volleyball teams to national champions as well.
 
Dormandy also served as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Los Angeles Sparks from 2015-18, helping the Sparks win the 2016 WNBA championship. She also served as a strength coach at Maryland and South Carolina, as well as a graduate assistant at Springfield College. She played collegiate soccer at Maryland and Quinnipiac, graduating from the latter in 2008 with a degree in Business Marketing. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and owns a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification.
