Caleb West is in his fifth season with the Georgia Lady Bulldog basketball program and serves as the team's Director of Video Analytics. 

West has been an integral part of the team over the past four years. He has served in a leadership capacity over a staff of six student managers, while assisting the Director of Basketball Operations and Director of Player Personnel with various tasks. 

The Cartersville, Ga., native also worked at Lake Point Sports from 2017-2019. He started as a maintenance employee and eventually worked his way up to a manager position. West supervised a staff of 20 co-workers and handled customer service issues. 

West earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from the University of Georgia in 2021.
