High School: Graduated from Crean Lutheran South High School and swam for Aquazot Swim Club under Todd Hickman...Holds multiple CIF-SS Division 2 records in both individual and relay events, as well as four individual titles with a 2017 CIF-SS Division 2 championship.

National: Won the 200 back in the 2016 Big Ten vs. USA College Challenge meet...Represented the US at FINA Swimming World Cup 2016 and 2016 Junior Pan Pacs...Finished fifth in the 100 fly and ninth in the 200 back at the 2016 US Olympic Trials...Earned USA Swimming Scholastic All-America distinction twice.

Personal: Born on February 10, 2000...Daughter of Troy and Susan Merrell...Intending to major in Public Relations.
