High School Highlights:
• Coached by Ron Crandall at Houston Christian.
• Selected as a co-MVP of the 2019 Big Baller Brand All-America game, where he scored 34 points and dished out eight assists.
• Tabbed a four-star recruit by both ESPN.com and the 247Sports.com composite. ESPN listed him as the No. 78 overall prospect nationally, while rivals.com had him at No. 88 and the 247Sports.com composite ranked him No. 93.
• Was the top-rated prospect from within the Houston city limits in the Class of 2019.
• Led the Mustangs to back-to-back Southwest Preparatory state titles in 2018-19.
• Houston Christian was a combined 61-13 during his junior and seniors seasons, finishing with a 31-5 record in 2017-18 and a 30-8 mark in 2018-19.
• Named the 2019 Houston Private School Most Valuable Player by the Houston Chronicle.
• Selected All-State for large private schools by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches as a senior.
• As a senior, averaged 19 points, nine assists and seven rebounds per game.
• Almost averaged a triple-double during the Mustangs’ 2019 state tournament run, contributing 18 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds per game.
• Poured in a school-record 47 points – and also dished out 12 assists – in a 113-63 win over Fort Bend Christian Homeschool during his senior year.
