2017: Started the year by taking 10th (16:03.00) at the 5k WCU Festival…Was eighth at the 5k Gene Mullin Invite with a 16:05.98.
2016: Took 27th at the 8K UGA Cross Country Invitational thanks to his time of 27:47.89...Ran a 26:48.6 to take 117th at the 8K Crimson Classic.
2015: Redshirted for the Bulldogs.
High School: Won the 2013 GHSA AAAAAA Region 6 cross country title and helped lead his team to the championship…Finished second individually at the region cross meet in 2012 and 2014…Finished third at the 2014 USATF JO Region Championships…Assumed team captain honors in both track and cross country…Personal-best times of 15:32.60 (5000 meters), 4:26.53 (1600) and 2:01.93 (800)…Was 14th at the 2014 USATF National Junior Olympics Cross Country Championships…First Team All-Region for four years in cross and three years in track…Named South Forsyth’s cross country MVP all four years…Voted 2013 Forsyth County Runner of the Year…Also played soccer, helping lead his team to the Sweet 16 in the state AAAA soccer playoffs…Earned War Eagle Award for Hardest Worker in soccer as a freshman and sophomore…Captain in soccer his final two seasons…Graduated as an AP Scholar with Distinction, with a Georgia Certificate of Merit and Honors and was in the top 3 percent of his class…Member of BETA, Key, Science NHS, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (officer), National Honors Society (president), Mu Alpha Theta, Rho Kappa (vice president), United South and Link Leader Commissioner (freshman advisory/supervisor) clubs.
