2016-17 Season Highlights:
• Played in 28 contests and recorded a pair of starts - at Clemson in the season opener on Nov. 11 and against Auburn on March 1 for Senior Day.
• One of 12 Bulldogs to play on three 20-win teams in Georgia Basketball history.
• One-fourth of UGA's winningest class in SEC play (42 league wins) and the second-winningest class overall (80 victories) in 111 seasons of competition on the hardwood.
• Suffered a stomach ailment after Georgia arrived in Kansas City for the CBE Hall of Fame Classic and remained at the team hotel during the Bulldogs' matchup with George Washington.
• Returned to log one minute of PT versus No. 5 Kansas.
• Eventually lost approximately 16 pounds due the virus.
• Evidence of cure came against Morehouse when he scored a career-high 15 points in a season-high 22 minutes of action.
• Posted Georgia's best single-game 3-point field goal performance against Morehouse, connecting on 4-of-5 shots from behind the arc.
• Scored on back-to-back dunks in a span of 58 second-half seconds at Ga. Tech, pushing the Bulldogs' lead to a double-digit advantage they enjoyed for all but 2:21 of the final 15:59 of the game.
• Emphatically put home a Yante Maten miss for his first dunk against the Yellow Jackets and followed that with a nifty backcut along the left baseline less than a minute later.
• Solid performance in the SEC opener at Auburn included a season-best five rebounds and a pair of assists.
• Helped UGA sweep games at Ole Miss and against Mississippi State in Athens, finishing his career with an impressive 12-1 record against SEC foes from his home state.

2015-16 Season Highlights:
• Started 10 of 34 games played, getting the nod for the first seven games of the season and the initial three outings of February.
• Averaged 2.6 points and 2.8 rebounds in 19.3 minutes per game.
• Posted his first double-figure statistical output with a 13-point performance at Seton Hall.
• Entered the season with a career high of 21 minutes played before matching or topping that mark in 13 games during the 2015-16 campaign.
• Earned double-digit playing time in all 34 games, after doing so 15 times in a combined 43 games played as a freshman and sophomore.
• Finished third on the team with 48 assists and sported an extremely efficient 2.29 assist-to-turnover ratio.
• Significantly increased playing time resulted in new career highs in virtually every statistic. The only previous best performance to last throughout 2015-16 was a two steal outing versus Mississippi State in 2014 that he matched three times during his junior year.
• Paced the Bulldogs in assists in four games and in steals during seven outings.
• Started the first seven games of the season at the '3' spot before opening a trio of games at the '4' during SEC play.
• Played a career-most 35 minutes in the season opener against Chattanooga on Nov. 13.
• Poured in a career-best 13 points at Seton Hall on Nov. 28, connecting on all four of his shots from the field (including three 3-pointers) and 2-of-4 trips to the line.
• Produced four career-best assist tallies in a six-game Dec. span, going from two against Oakland on Dec. 1 to three versus Kansas State on Dec. 4 to six against Winthrop on Dec. 8 to seven versus Robert Morris on Dec. 29.
• Collected a steal against Arkansas on Jan. 23 with 17 seconds left in regulation and the game tied at 64-64. Though the Bulldogs missed a potential game winner, they emerged with a 76-73 overtime victory.
• Grabbed seven boards, dished out four assists and scored on an alley-oop late in a win over Mississippi State in Starkville, doing so with a slew of family and friends in attendance.
• Equaled his career high with eight boards versus the Bulldogs in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament on March 10.

2014-15 Season Highlights:
• Had earned increased playing time in December games until suffering broken left wrist in the first half of SEC opener vs. No. 23 Arkansas on Jan. 6.
• Underwent corrective surgery on Jan. 8 and missed 10 subsequent games.
• Returned to action Feb. 17 vs. South Carolina and contributed a career-best six rebounds in just 12 minutes.
• Played the remainder of the season with a protective wrap around his wrist.
• Earned first career start at the `3' position on Feb. 21 at Alabama and remained in the lineup for six of the Bulldogs' final eight games of the season, including both of UGA's SEC Tournament outings.
• Scored a season- and career-high seven points against Missouri on Feb. 28.

2013-14 Season Highlights:
• Secured playing time in 21 contests, including 13 outings against SEC foes.
• Saw three minutes in his first collegiate game and contributed two points and two rebounds in the season-opening win over Wofford.
• Garnered his first double-figure minutes against Chattanooga, scoring four points and grabbed three boards in 10 MP.
• Enjoyed his most productive outing of the season at Mississippi State on Feb. 12...and did so playing in front of nearly 100 supporters from his hometown of Booneville, Miss., just a 90-minute drive from Starkville.
• Provided a huge spark off the bench at Mississippi State. With Georgia trailing by 14 points with 9:54 left in the first half, Geno scored six points in a 20-5 run to end the half. UGA eventually claimed a 75-55 victory.
• Posted season-high efforts for points (six) and minutes played (14) versus the SEC West's Bulldogs in Starkville.
• A solid contributor against Mississippi State three weeks later in a matchup in Athens, scoring five points and grabbing three boards.

Prep Highlights:
• Coached by Michael Smith at Booneville.
• Named to five-player first-team All-State squad by the Jackson Clarion-Ledger as a senior, as well as the publication's "Dandy Dozen" preseason squad of the top-12 players in the state in November 2012.
• Scored eight points, grabbed seven rebounds and swatted four shots in the Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Basketball game.
• Also named 2013 Player of the Year by the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal.
• Helped the Blue Devils capture the Mississippi Class 3A state title as a sophomore in 2011 and finish as runner-up during his junior and senior seasons.
• As a senior, averaged 22.9 points and 13.8 rebounds per game.
• As a junior, averaged 13.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game.
• After KPG's senior year, Smith began coaching both the boys' and girls' teams at Booneville and coached KPG's sister, Cora, to back-to-back state titles.
