2022-23 Season Highlights:
• Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll following the campaign.
• One of only three Bulldogs – along with Jabri Abdur-Rahim and Justin Hill – to log playing time in all 32 games.
• A starter for 22 contests, including 15 of 18 SEC outings.
• Averaged 8.7 points and 4.9 rebounds, doing so in 20.2 minutes of playing time per game.
• Georgia’s most efficient shooter from the field for the second consecutive year, converting on 56.1 percent (106-of-189) attempts.
• Produced the 18th-best single-season field goal percentage in program history.
• Converted on an eye-catching 80.5 percent (66-of-82) of his free throw attempts.
• Among stat leaders for SEC games only, finished No. 8 in free throw percentage (.794) and No. 19 in rebounding (5.4 rpg).

• Enjoyed a statistically significant outing in Georgia’s victory over Mississippi State, scoring the 1000th point and grabbing the 500th rebound in the 100th contest of his collegiate career.
• Put up 26 points against Ole Miss, not only his career high but also the largest single-game tally by any Bulldog during the campaign.
• Finished his Georgia career on a solid run, reaching double figures in eight of his last nine outings and averaging 12.9 points over that span.

2021-22 Season Highlights:
• The only Bulldog to start all 32 games and one of just three to see action in every contest.
• Averaged 12.9 points and 5.6 rebounds in 28.8 minutes of playing time per game.
• Recorded a team-high 25 double-figure scoring outputs – including a pair of 20-point performances in road outings against Cincinnati and South Carolina – and posted nine points in four of the seven games when her scored less than 10.
• Led the Bulldogs offensively in nine outings, as well as in rebounds in 14 games and in blocked shots 14 times.
• Finished the season with a field goal percentage of .634, the second-best single-season effort in Georgia history and the No. 17 standard in SEC annals.
• Led the SEC and ranked No. 7 nationally in field goal percentage for the season.
• Became the first Bulldog to lead the SEC in field goal percentage since Lavon Mercer in 1980.
• Among league statistical leaders, also ranked No. 15 in scoring (12.9 ppg) and No. 17 in rebounding (5.6 rpg).
• Recorded an “unofficial” double-double of 12 points and 10 boards in exhibition outing versus Morehouse.
• Exploded for a career-high 24 points on career-most efforts of 11 FGs made and 15 FG attempts at Cincinnati.
• Reached double figures in 15 of 18 SEC regular-season outings, as well as the Bulldogs’ SEC Tournament date with Vanderbilt./
• After recording one steal in 20 games of his career, notched a double-theft effort against Arkansas.
• Wrapped up the season with a season-most 11 rebounds against Vanderbilt in the SEC Tournament, which coupled with a game-high 15 points, resulted in his first double-double as a Bulldog.

UIC Highlights:
• Started 37 of 49 games played over two seasons, contributing 8.9 points and 4.9 rebounds in 20.3 minutes per game over that span.
• Tallied 437 points – while shooting 58.7 percent from the floor – and 240 boards for the Flames.
• Reached double figures in the scoring column 24 times, with four double-digit rebound counts and a quartet of double-doubles.

2020-21 Season Highlights:
• Started three of 15 games played for UIC, which finished 9-13 overall.
• Averaged 10.1 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.
• Posted 11 double-digit scoring performances and one double-figure rebound tally, resulting in a double-double against Central Michigan.
• Opened his season with a string of four consecutive double-figure performances in which he averaged 13.0 points per game and connected on 63.6 percent (21-of-33) of his shots from the floor.
• Scored a season-high 17 points against Northern Kentucky and hauled in a season-most 13 boards versus Central Michigan.

2019-20 Season Highlights:
• Started all 34 games and helped lead UIC to the championship game of the 2020 Horizon League Tournament, a first for the Flames since 2004.
• Averaged 8.4 points and 4.9 boards, while also swatting 29 shots.
• Recorded his first career double-double against crosstown rival DePaul, scoring 14 points and collecting 14 boards against the Blue Demons.
• Opened the Flames’ march to the Horizon League final with a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds against IUPUI in the tourney’s opening round.
• Swatted a season-high three shots in three games, lastly in a Horizon League quarterfinal win over Youngstown State.

Northwest Florida State Highlights:
• Played in 24 games with one start during the 2017-18 season before not competing during the 2018-19 campaign.
• Averaged 2.6 points and 2.0 rebounds in 7.6 minutes per game as a freshman.
• Helped the Raiders compile a 31-3 record overall and advance to the quarterfinals of the NJCAA National Championships in 2017-18.
• Scored a season-high nine points in a season-most 19 minutes of action against Harford Community College.
• Hauled down a season-best seven boards versus Taylor Made Prep Academy.

High School Highlights:
• Coached by Jarvis Tarplin at Union Grove High School.
• Played two seasons of varsity basketball at Union Grove, scoring 373 points, grabbing 320 rebounds and swatting 97 shots in 54 games played.
• Helped a dramatic turnaround in the Wolverines’ fortunes between his junior and senior seasons. After posting a 9-16 record in 2015-16, Union Grove improved to 22-7 and reached the 2016 Georgia 5A state tournament.
• As a senior, averaged 9.2 points, 7.8 boards and 2.7 blocks per game for the Wolverines.
• Reached double figures in 12 of 29 games as a senior, while also pulling down nine double-digit rebounding counts en route to recording six double-doubles.
• Grabbed a career-most 13 rebounds against Ola.
• Flirted with a triple-double versus Hampton, scoring 15 points, amassing nine boards and swatting a career-high six shots.
• Wrapped up his prep career with a career-high 24-point outburst against New Hampstead in the first round of the state tourney.
• As a junior, averaged 4.2 points, 3.8 rebounds to help lead Union Grove to a 9-16 record.
• Posted his first career double-figure scoring outputs – 16 points – in extremely efficient fashion – connecting on 8-of-9 field goals – versus Locust Grove.

Personal:
• Born March 9, 1999, in Atlanta, Braelen is the son of Marshall Bridges and Bebe Bridges.
• Earned is bachelor’s degree in Communications from UIC in 2021 and is pursuing a master’s in Nonprofit Management & Leadership at UGA.
