Andrew Davis begins his first season as the director of player development for the University of Georgia baseball program.

Davis’ responsibilities include managing a staff of six student managers who produce analytics for the program. He coordinates and processes the video and information from the digital scouting platforms such as TrackMan, BATS, Edgetronic and Sony Cameras. Davis provides advanced scouting reports for the staff.

Davis, a native of Athens, was a three-year contributor and member of the baseball analytics staff while completing a degree in public relations from the University of Georgia.
