Tatum Hodge joined the University of Georgia soccer program as Director of External Operation in July 2023.

Prior to joining the soccer program, Hodge had recently completed her second season as the Director of Baseball Operations and seventh overall as a member of the Georgia baseball program. Hodge oversaw the program’s budget, organized team travel, handled all equipment, as well as assisting all members of the coaching staff in their day-to-day tasks.  Hodge’s other responsibilities include liaison within the athletic department, liaison to the letterman and families, directing camps, on campus recruiting, planned all special events, and oversaw 16 managers and interns.

Hodge came to Athens after spending the previous 11 in the college soccer coaching ranks. From 2009-13, she served as an assistant coach at Alabama, helping the Crimson Tide reach the 2011 NCAA Tournament, the second appearance in program history and first in 13 years. Prior to Alabama, she coached at her alma mater, Clemson, from 2006-07, helping the Tigers reach the Elite Eight in 2006. Hodge also coached for two seasons at Charleston Southern (2004-05) and Converse College (2003).

Hodge earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson, where she was a four-year letterwinner on the soccer team from 1998-01. She then earned a master’s degree from Charleston Southern in 2005.

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Hodge and her husband Bo have two children, Harper and Harrison.
