Mobile Ticketing FAQs
Q: Why use digital tickets?
Secure digital tickets provide the safest, most convenient and flexible way to manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. Digital tickets also greatly reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.
Q: When should I receive my digital tickets?
Season ticket holders will receive their digital tickets approximately two (2) weeks prior to the first home ticketed event.
Q: What should I do if I have not yet received my mobile tickets?
Please follow the steps below:
Q: What if I lose or delete my ticket delivery email?
Simply login to your account (My Account) and click on ‘Reissue’ under the ‘My Account’ tab.
Q: Can I print my Mobile tickets?
No, mobile tickets cannot be printed and any printed ticket will not scan at the gate.
Q: What if my phone is not able to save mobile tickets?
Any smartphone that can browse the internet can load a mobile ticket. If you are still having trouble downloading your tickets, please contact the Georgia Ticket Office by phone at 706-542-1231 or by email at gatickets@sports.uga.edu.
Q: How do I use my mobile tickets?
At the gate, simply present your tickets on your smartphone from the Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. Always download to your mobile device prior to arriving to the game so you do not have to worry about Wi-Fi access.
Q: When should I download my ticket?
We recommend that your tickets be downloaded at least 24 hours prior to the event. For more information, please click here.
Q: What if my guest(s) and I are arriving to the venue at different times?
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. Doing so will allow you and your guests to arrive at your own convenience. Simply login to your online account (My Account) and select the tickets you wish to transfer. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the ticket(s) to their phone. Q: Can I transfer a Mobile ticket from my phone's wallet instead of transferring through my account?
No, tickets can only be transferred through your online account. This will ensure that we are able to assist and provide the best game day experience for those using the tickets at our events.
Q: What if I do not have a smart phone?
Season ticket holders without smartphone access are encouraged to contact the UGA Athletics Ticket Office via email at gatickets@sports.uga.edu. Once it is confirmed that a season ticket holder’s phone is unable to receive mobile tickets, a ticket office representative will reach out to review options for the season.

The UGA Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. by phone at (706) 542-1231. You can also email us at gatickets@sports.uga.edu for further assistance.
Q: Am I able to purchase replica tickets to commemorate a game?
Yes. During the football regular season, you may purchase replica tickets. For more information, please click here.
