Accessible Seating Ticket Policies for Sanford Stadium Football Games
The University of Georgia recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and continues to make every effort to comply with both ADA and State of Georgia accessibility policies. In addition, the University of Georgia strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies:

Season Ticket Exchange
Season ticket holders who would like to move their current season tickets to one of our designated accessible seating areas may do so by calling the UGA Ticket Office at  (706) 542-1231.
Â
Lower-Level Exchange:
- Those with adjacent season tickets currently in the 100 or 200 level of Sanford Stadium will be permitted to exchange their season tickets for accessible seating in the lower level pending availability.Â
- Those with 300 level seats and 39,405 cumulative priority points or higher with a qualifying per seat contribution will be permitted to exchange their season tickets for accessible seating in the lower-level pending availability. (The 2024 seating cutoff for adjacent seats in the lower level was 37,485 cumulative priority points)
Upper-Level Exchange:
All other season ticket holders will be permitted to exchange their season tickets for ADA seating in the 600-level pending availability.

Season Ticket Holder Additional Home and Away Game Requests
Season ticket holders who request additional home or away game tickets and need accessible seating will have the opportunity to specify these needs on their single game ticket application. All single game requests will be filled based on availability.Â

Individual Game Ticket Exchange Before Game (Recommended)
If accessible seating is needed (whether the tickets were purchased from the UGA Ticket Office or otherwise acquired), all ticket holders will be granted the opportunity to exchange their current tickets to any game in advance for seats located in the designated accessible seating areas beginning by calling the University of Georgia Ticket Office at (706) 542-1231.

Lower-Level Exchange:Â
Those with tickets currently in the 100 or 200 level of Sanford Stadium will be permitted to exchange their tickets for ADA seating in the lower-level pending availability.

Upper-Level Exchange:
All ticket holders with seats located in the 300 or 600 level will be permitted to exchange their tickets for accessible seating in the 600-level pending availability.
Please note: Customers will be able to purchase accessible tickets directly from the ticket office for any games currently on-sale to the general public. Â

Game Day Exchange
If accessible seating is needed (whether the tickets were purchased from the UGA Ticket Office or otherwise acquired), all ticket holders may exchange their tickets at Sanford Stadium on game day for accessible seating by visiting one of the game day ticket office locations.
All seating locations will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.Â

West End Ticket Office:Â Located across from Gate 2 directly next to the UGA Bookstore.Â
East End Ticket Office:Â Located between Gates 5 and 6 on East Campus Road.Â

Single Game Ticket Sales
Subject to the availability of accessible seating, UGA will offer single game tickets for accessible seats and companion seats. Requests for accessible and companion seating should be submitted with any order. Single game accessible tickets may only be purchased for games in which ticket inventory is already for sale to the general public. Accessible tickets for sold out games may not be purchased on a single game basis.Â

Student Ticket Exchange
All students in need of ADA accommodations will be able to indicate this need on their student ticket request. Once tickets are awarded, a representative from the ticket office will contact you.Â
Any students registered with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) in need of a companion ticket may purchase them from the ticket office at the student rate for any awarded games.Â

Accessible Parking
Single game accessible parking is available at the UGA Intramural Fields. Complimentary shuttles run continuously from this location beginning 3-1/2 hours prior to kickoff and will drop off outside Gate 6 of Sanford Stadium until 15 minutes after kickoff. Please note stadium gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Return service will run continuously for two (2) hours following the conclusion of the game.

A copy (front and back) of a state-issued permit is required for participation. Season parking permits are issued to football season ticket holders based on the date received.

Single game tickets in accessible seating areas are available for purchase; tickets are subject to availability.

In-person exchanges can be made at the University of Georgia Ticket Office until 4 p.m. on the day of the game or at Stegeman Coliseum Will Call beginning one hour prior to the game.Â

Parking
Accessible parking is available at the Hoke Smith Annex Lot off Smith Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional accessible parking is available at Carlton Street Parking Deck.

Elevator
The Stegeman Coliseum elevator on the concourse at the Smith Street entrance may be used by guests to access the different areas of the arena.Â

Accessible Routes
The Stegeman Coliseum concourse is fully accessible. If guests need assistance, please contact the nearest event staff team member for help.

Will Call
The will call ticket window is located at the Sanford Drive entrance of Stegeman Coliseum.
Â
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available in all restroom locations on the Stegeman Coliseum concourse.
