LAS VEGAS — The Georgia men's golf team finished day one tied for ninth at the Southern Highlands Collegiate.

Sophomore James Earle and Senior Carter Loflin both shot 1-under. Earle and Loflin sit tied for 20 on the leaderboard. Both recorded back to back birdies, Loflin on holes 3 and 4 and Earle on holes 8 and 9.
