ATHENS, Ga. – No. 11 Georgia Bulldogs fell to the Clemson Tigers, 10-1 (6 inn.), on Wednesday night at Jack Turner Stadium to slide to 13-5 on the season.

Losing Pitcher: Randi Roelling (5-3)

Fast Facts:

Junior LHP Randi Roelling made the start going 4.2 innings with six strikeouts. RHP Destin Howard closed the remainder of the game with three strikeouts.
Georgia scored its lone run on a sacrifice ground out by Jaydyn Goodwin to third base in the bottom of the first inning.
Up 3-1, the Tiger offense got to work in the fifth inning scoring two runs off of Jamison Brockenbrough's double to right field. Brockenbrough scored off the next at bat, and a two-run Marian Collins' homer extended the Clemson lead to 8-1. The Tigers added two more in the sixth.
With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 2-4 all-time against Clemson.
