Georgia Track & Field Announces 2026 Schedule

ATHENS, Ga. — Georgia track and field unveiled its 2026 indoor and outdoor schedules Friday night, highlighted by two home meets at the newly constructed Spec Towns Track.
The Bulldogs face a regular season slate of 15 meets, that spans from early January to June.
Georgia opens the indoor season with the Clemson Invite on January 10, before traveling to Albuquerque, N.M. for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 23-24) hosted by New Mexico. The Bulldogs continue the season with the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 30-31) before splitting, sending the distance squad to Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14), the remaining Bulldogs return to Clemson for the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 13-14). Then Georgia will cap off the regular season with the Arkansas Qualifier on February 20.
The indoor postseason begins with the SEC Indoor Championships hosted by Texas A&M (Feb. 26-28) for the second year in a row, then the Bulldogs will return to Fayetteville Ark. for the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 13-14.
Georgia will open the outdoor season with the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 20-21) for the 10th consecutive season, then head south to Miami for the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational (March 27-28). Next, the Bulldogs will split sending the distance squad to the Stanford Invitational (April 3-4) and the rest of the team with compete in the Battle on the Bayou (April 3-4).
Georgia will then return to Athens, Ga. to host the Spec Towns Invitational (April 9-11) for the first time since the 2023 season. The Bulldogs will host the competition at the newly constructed Spec Towns Track located on South Milledge Avenue and will serve as the first collegiate competition to be held in the newly constructed facility.
Then Georgia will split again sending the distance squad to the Wake Forest Invitational (April 16-17), while the rest of the Bulldogs will travel to Florida for the Tom Jones Memorial. Georgia will finish off the regular season at home with the Torrin Lawerence Memorial on May 2.
The postseason opens with the SEC Outdoor Championships (May 14-16), where the Lady Bulldogs will defend their conference title, which will be hosted by Auburn this season. Next, the NCAA East Regional (May 27-20) will be hosted by Kentucky, then the Bulldogs that qualify will compete in the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. to finish off the season on June 10-13.
