Brown Selected for USWNT Futures Camp

January 08, 2025 | Soccer

CHICAGO – University of Georgia junior goalkeeper Jordan Brown was one of 24 players named to the 2025 U.S. Women's National Team Futures Camp, as announced by USWNT head coach Emma Hayes Wednesday.

The Futures Camp will run January 14-21 at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California and will take place at the same time as the USWNT January training camp. Both camps will be conducted by Hayes and her USWNT coaching staff, along with US Youth National Team head coaches.

Brown is one of three goalkeepers selected for the camp, joining former Texas keeper Mia Justus and former UCLA keeper Neeku Purcell. The Las Vegas native is one of three SEC performers to be selected for the camp, as well as the only player selected without previous experience with the USYNT.

During the 2024 season, Brown turned in a historic campaign, tallying 120 saves, the second-most of any keeper in program history. She posted nine shutouts and notched a .845 save percentage and 1.05 goals against average. During the regular season, she led the SEC in saves and saves per game, while ranking third in save percentage, with all three totals ranking in the national top 20.
