Van Wyk in Fourth to Lead Georgia at Calusa Cup

NAPLES, Fla. – The Georgia men's golf team wrapped up second-round action Monday afternoon, sliding to seventh place at the Calusa Cup. Carding a par-72 through 18-holes, graduate student Ben Van Wyk maintained his spot in the top 5, sitting at No. 4 on the individual leaderboard. 
Georgia finished the day at 13-over par with a combined score of 301 as Florida remained in the first place slot, shooting two-under par through round two. Purdue and Wake Forest remain in the top three.
With one day of play remaining, Van Wyk is joined in the top 25 by Bulldogs Connor Creasy and Caleb Manuel.
Georgia will return for the final round of The Calusa Cup on Wednesday, April 9, with the Bulldogs set to resume action at 8:45 a.m.
