Key Quotes
"We've got to figure why we had the start we had because we can't have that again tomorrow," said head coach Josh Brewer. "At the same time, we know we have the fire power to make a run. We're kind of lucky other teams struggled as well. Maybe the golf course is just hard, but I have higher expectations. We know we can shoot under par, and I expect us to."
"I actually am (pleased with my performance)," said Savannah De Bock. "I know I could've played a little better, but this is a tough course. Playing under par with great. I think it's because I had some very good putting, I was pretty strong on my approach shots on certain holes and my driving was very good overall. I think it was just a combination of good shots."

The Bulldogs will continue with the SEC Championships second round on Saturday, teeing off between 9:40-10:20 a.m. along with Tennessee and Missouri at Pelican Golf Club. Live scoring will be available via www.golfstat.com.
