Head Coach Keidane McAlpine
On the team's performance...
"I thought all in all it was a pretty even game. I thought the goal we gave was a bit of difficult goal to swallow, but JB (Jordan Brown) has been so good for us all season long. We all make mistakes, so we needed the team to pick her up today. (We) weren't able to do that. I thought Texas, tactically, did a really good job. We didn't break them down enough, and we weren't aggressive enough in the game. All credit to them, Texas, they're a good team. They're the reigning champion from the Big 12, so it's a good reminder going into the SEC Tournament for us."
