
Georgia to Close Fall Competition at Delaware State

ATHENS, Ga. --- The No. 4 Georgia equestrian team is on the road to finish the fall portion of its schedule at Delaware State on Friday. The Bulldogs will face the No. 10 DSU Hornets on Friday at 9 a.m. before competing in Jumping Seat only against Lynchburg later that day. Â

The Bulldogs (4-2,1-2 SEC) are undefeated against the Hornets with a 12-0 record, including five wins on the road in Felton, Delaware. Delaware State (2-4) broke into the Top 10 of the NCEA rankings this week after beating then-No. 9 UC Davis.Â

This marks the first time the Bulldogs will face Lynchburg (3-1). In NCEA Single Discipline standings, Lynchburg has held strong to the No. 1 ranking after winning the NCEA Single Discipline National Championship last season. Â
