UGA Cross Country Teams Shine

ATHENS, Ga. - The University of Georgia cross country teams swept the spring semester awards for highest grade point average (GPA) for both the men and women, posting a 3.44 and 3.38 GPA, respectively.
The men's track and field team recorded the second-highest GPA with a 3.20, followed by golf at 3.11, and tennis with a GPA of 3.00.Â
Equestrian came in a close second among women's teams with a GPA of 3.36, narrowly beating out swimming with a 3.34. Tennis followed with another close GPA of 3.32, gymnastics with a 3.207 and track and field posted a 3.19 combined GPA.
