Glisson Named SEC Offensive Player of the Week

ATHENS, Ga.--- Sophomore forward Reagan Glisson has been named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring a hat trick in Georgia's win over Charlotte, the conference announced Monday. This is the first time Glisson has earned SEC weekly honors.
The Savannah native registered eight points on three goals and two assists in a tie with Indiana and a win against Charlotte. Glisson had a hat trick and an assist on the game-winning goal versus Charlotte. She played all 110 minutes against Indiana, assisting on Georgia's first goal of the match.
The Bulldogs' 5-1 victory over Charlotte marked the 250th win in program history for Georgia.
The Bulldogs continue their home stand with back-to-back games in Athens on Thursday, August 30 against Purdue at 7 p.m. and again on Sunday, September 2 against Virginia Tech at 2 p.m. Admission to the Turner Soccer Complex is free.
