While the rest of the schedule will be announced shortly, the home opener will occur as the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day meet in Stegeman Coliseum.
The chat was part of what will be a weekly event hosted by Durante, and she will speak with a different guest each week as she gives fans an inside look at the Georgia gymnastics program.
As part of the chat, fans are encouraged to submit questions ahead of airtime and then during the live stream for Durante and her guest. Questions submitted during the chat must come through the Periscope app.
Durante is set to enter her fifth season at the helm of the Gymdogs with three Super Six appearances in her first four years.

ATHENS, Ga. — Gymdog head coach Danna Durante and junior Gigi Marino completed the program's third "#AskDanna" Periscope live chat on Tuesday morning.
Over the 20-minute interval, Durante and Marino discussed a variety of topics including Marino's academic background, the freshman class, the team's outlook on vault and more. Durante also announced the date of the first home meet of the season - January 16 against North Carolina State.
