Halle Washington's favorite class at Georgia was her sign language class.

When did you start playing basketball? I was in the fourth grade and I remember I was horrible. It was a Bossier City rec league. My coach was Coach Thibodaux and he was great, but I really can’t even remember my team name or anything like that.
What coach had the greatest influence on you? Ed Durham, my AAU coach while I was in high school. He always pushed me, pushed me, pushed me. He always told me that I could be great and so he stayed on me to work hard and improve.
Is there something about basketball that came naturally to you? I can’t think of anything that just came naturally. I always had to work at it.
What do you think is your greatest attribute as a basketball player? My toughness.
My favorite part of playing basketball is...the feeling of being on the court on a game day and all the fans cheering for us.
My least favorite part of playing basketball is...I would have to say conditioning.
If basketball had “walk out” music for starters, what would your song be? “I’m from Louisiana” by Louisiana Ca$h.
What is your favorite road trip memory? The 2013-14 season at Auburn. Me, Khaalidah [Miller], Cobi and Erika [Ford] went out by the hot tub and we were rapping and goofing off. It was fun.
In 10 years I will be…I would like to have a stable life – a great job, a house, be married and maybe with kids. Just a good stable life.

On Campus:
Dining Hall go-to item: The cheeseburgers at Bolton.
Favorite class and professor: I’m was in a sign language class and I really liked my professor and I really liked that class. The professor is Mr. Brian. I’m not sure of his last name because he makes everyone in the class call him by his first name.
The other UGA sport I enjoy watching the most is...football.

Dishing on Teammates:
Funniest: Tiaria.
Best Singer: We don’t have one.
Best Dancer: Me or Cobi.
Best Cook: Erika.
Most Stylish: Tiaria.
Best Ball-handler: Marjorie.
Best Passer: Marjorie.
Best Defender: Tiaria.
Best Rebounder: Krista.

Italian Memories:
Pasta or pizza: Pizza. The spicy salami. They said it was closest to pepperoni, but I thought it was different. Pepperonis are all peppers and not as much meat.
Favorite flavor of gelato: The strawberry was really good so I stuck with it.
Favorite historic site: The Coliseum. It was really, really amazing. You see it on TV and then to be there was just amazing.
Favorite city: Trieste. It was so nice. Our hotel was right on the water. When we walked around so many people were out and just having a good time.
If I ever travel to Italy again, I definitely want to visit...Florence. I wish we would have had more time there to shop and see more stuff.
